By availing of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Services
The Promotions Hub offers the following services, as detailed in the business brochure:

Price: ₹14,999 + GST
Includes:
- One-time Google My Business profile setup with updated contact information and location.
- Regular photo/video updates for one year.
- Top search category optimization.
- Product catalog updates (optional, based on client preference).
- One QR code for customer reviews.
- One non-registered business logo design.
- One Website as per the agency norms.
1.2 Google Business Profile Management Services
Price: ₹29,999 + GST
Includes:
- All services in Google Business Profile Setup.
- Protection against suspension, temporary closure, or phone number visibility issues for one year.
- Unlimited replies to Google reviews for one year.
- Unlimited updates for offers and discounts.
Festival post updates as per the annual social media calendar.
1.3 Google Business Profile SEO Services
Price: ₹74,999 + GST
Includes:
- All services in Google Business Profile Management Services.
- Weekly Three SEO posts with necessary hashtags and creatives.
- Monthly performance interactions and calls.
1.4 Meta Services (Facebook and Instagram)
Price: ₹9999 + GST per month
Includes:
- Page/account creation (bio, logo, cover image, and description).
- Research and use of trending hashtags.
- Creation and optimization of compelling captions and posts (22-24 posts per month).
- Recommendations, competitor analysis, and growth strategies.
- Optional social media paid marketing (additional charges apply).
1.5 All In One Google Promotions Package:- @36,000+ GST For One Year.
Includes:-
- Google Business Profile Creation with Name , Number, Location, Business Categories.
- Website Creation ( As per agency norms) . Domain And Hosting Provided By client
- We will manage one year profile review and all other.
- We will run Google Ads for profile ranking with the amount of 33% of monthly amount.
Terms of service:-
All rights reserved for the The Promotions Hub till all payment cleared.
If EMI bounce then all ongoing work immediately stop and reserved amount would be erode.
1.6 On demands works
Includes:
- Website design (informative/e-commerce websites).
- Bulk email and WhatsApp marketing.
- Commercial photo and video shoots.
- Branding and packaging solutions.
- Creative designing.
2. Payment Terms
All fees are subject to GST as per Indian tax laws.
Payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Refunds for prepaid services are not available unless a service failure is determined on our part.
Late payments may result in service suspension until dues are cleared.
3. Service Delivery
Deliverables will be provided as per the timelines specified at the time of service agreement.
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery of services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete business information.
Respond promptly to requests for approval or additional details.
Comply with all terms outlined in this document.
5. Limitations and Liabilities
The Promotions Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific results or rankings on Google or social media platforms, as these depend on external algorithms and market dynamics.
6. Confidentiality
All business information shared by clients will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Budh Nagar.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be shared with clients before they take effect.
